Jason Michael Gooden is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, a CPA Accountant and Business Consultant of 25 + years professional experience. Hailing from a Public Practice background in Chartered Accounting and Legal Firms in Sydney, Jason has run his own successful consulting business for the last 6 years. Jason has been a mentor to prominent clients in the Manufacturing, Construction, Mining, Entertainment & Hospitality Industries specialising in dispute resolution, negotiating and drafting of all forms of legal contracts and commercial documentation, negotiating, advocacy, business strategizing, corporate & taxation advice and general business stewardship.

Terry is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and of the International Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). He is the inventor of the Stelth Pump and several other innovations applied to fluid movement. He is a published author in the Aerospace industry and contributes to pumping and fluid movement magazines worldwide. He conducts the technical development of the Stelth Pump, related fluid movement technologies and their final integration into manufactured products.
